Welcome to KidSafeBrowser :
KidSafeBrowser is a Free Internet Browser , based on MS Edge (Chromium) Browser .
'Safe' , because users can only visit sites that are Pre-Approved and stored in an Approved-Links-File .
This makes it ideal for Kids as well as Businesses .
The KidSafeBrowser package can be Downloaded here:

It comes in a .zip file a (KSB.zip) ,
which contains the 'KidSafeBrowser program (KidSafeBrowser.exe)' ,
the 'KidSafeBrowser-EDITOR program (KidSafeBrowser-EDITOR.exe)' to maintain the Approved-Links-Files ,
and Help Docs , images , etc. , See Links to All the Docs at top-of=page .
DOWNLOAD instructions :
Open your browser to: https://sourceforge.net/projects/kidsafebrowser-us/ ,
then Click on the Green 'Download' Button . This will Download the .zip file to your Browser's Download Folder .
Open WindowsExplorer to the Downloads Folder .
Find the .zip file , and DoubleClick on it .
This will Open the .zip File , and there you will see the 'KSB' FOLDER .
Copy that Folder and Paste into a convenient Area , For example 'C:\' .
Depending on your user's computer-savvy , you might want to hide the Folder elsewhere .
You can change the name of the Folder to something less obvious , maybe 'KSB' .
And you can change its' location to a more secret/secure place if needed .
Now Create a Shortcut to KidSafeBrowser.exe , and Copy/Paste it to your user's Desktop .
Here is a critical Detail :
When you are ready to Edit the Lists of 'Approved Links' , DoubleClick on 'KidSafeBrowser-EDITOR.exe' or its' shortcut .
This will open the program , and it will ask you for a 'Password' . The password will ALWAYS be
the name of the Folder you created . For instance , if you planted the Folder here "C:\KSB" ,
your password will be "KSB" , case sensitive . You of course can change the Folder name and its'
location at any time ..
But remember , changing Folder name , will also change your password .
